Field Marketing Manager - North America - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager – North America to join our Marketing team and drive strategic growth in the region. Your mission is to generate pipeline, elevate brand visibility, and strengthen partnerships by leading impactful regional initiatives.

In Short

• Own and execute the field marketing strategy for North America in alignment with Sales and Channel goals
• Plan, manage, and execute regional events (trade shows, conferences, webinars)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and associations
• Localize content and messaging for specific verticals and buyer personas
• Ensure consistency between field programs and global campaigns
• Measure and report on pipeline contribution and ROI of marketing activities
• Manage the North America field marketing budget

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in tech or cybersecurity
• Comfortable in a fully remote and async-first environment
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Experience with regional event planning and marketing automation tools
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Bonus: Experience working in a high-growth scaleup or global marketing org
