Overview

The Community Experience Manager will join the Marketing team at Filigran to build, engage, and grow one of the most active cybersecurity communities in the world.

In Short

  • Moderate and animate the Slack community.
  • Respond to community questions and share resources.
  • Design and run the Filigran Ambassador Program.
  • Organize community events like webinars and meetups.
  • Co-create and amplify community-driven content.
  • Collect insights through polls and surveys.
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams.
  • Champion the voice of the community within the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in community management.
  • Experience working on the US market.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience managing Slack or Discord communities.
  • Confident using GitHub and similar tools.
  • Comfortable with cybersecurity topics.
  • Empathetic communicator with strong organizational skills.
  • Bonus: experience with user advocacy programs.
