Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design and build better products — from start to finish. This engineer will join us to drive Figma’s self-serve revenue efforts, working closely with their Engineering Manager to lead major projects and enhance the team’s technical expertise.

• Work on critical parts of the company’s goal with high visibility.
• Take shared ownership of the product process from ideation to implementation.
• Participate in reshaping monetization plans.
• Build reliable and scalable systems and user experiences.
• Demonstrate technical leadership to improve engineering standards.
• Help interview and recruit engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a professional software engineer.
• 5+ years of experience shipping features or products.
• Experience communicating and working across functions.
