Overview

Figma is seeking an Enterprise Enablement Manager to join our team and drive the ongoing enablement of our sales organization. The Enterprise Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing and executing enablement programs for our Americas Sales Team, specifically the Enterprise and Strategic segments, focusing on key skills such as deal qualification, discovery, value realization, and executive presence.

In Short

  • Deliver live and virtual onboarding and training programs for Enterprise & Strategic Sales teams.
  • Maintain a highly effective sales training curriculum.
  • Own the outcomes of training programs and measure their impact.
  • Attend customer meetings to improve training programs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Figma's selling motions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the sales team and leaders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a training, sales, teaching or related field.
  • 2+ years in a sales enablement role.
  • Proven ability to adapt and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience presenting trainings to groups of 10+ learners.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDDICC.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product.
  • Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Chorus, Gong.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement new selling motions.
