Account Manager - Remote

Overview

Fieldwire’s Account Management Team is responsible for managing our largest and most strategic relationships, providing consistent white-glove service to our customers.

In Short

• Manage contract renewals and lead negotiations
• Retain and increase revenue with a managed book of business
• Perform Business Reviews with strategic clients
• Work with the Construction Success Team to solve complex customer needs
• Expand the book of business by uncovering new opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales experience
• 1+ year of outside sales experience (a plus)
• Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Metrics driven mindset
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Highly organized and process-oriented
