Requirements

• 6+ years in a customer marketing role in B2B technology.
• Strong understanding of customer retention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in customer feedback tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to create compelling content.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
