  • Act as the first point of contact for new customers and handle data entry via phone.
  • Conduct outbound calls to clarify customer inquiries.
  • Analyze customer needs to provide optimal loan offers.
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to transfer customers into the sales process.
  • Assist customers with initial questions and promote collaboration with FINANZCHECK.de.
  • Utilize modern communication tools for an efficient workday.

Requirements

  • Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in German at a native level.
  • Proficient in computer use and quick to learn new systems.
  • Team player with reliability, independence, and good time management.
