In Short

  • You will be the first point of contact for our new customers and responsible for data collection via phone.
  • Conduct outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Analyze customer needs to provide optimal credit offers.
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues and pass customers into the sales process.
  • Assist customers with initial questions and promote collaboration with FINANZCHECK.de.
  • Utilize modern communication tools and digital closing options for efficient work.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in direct customer contact, ideally in sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to analyze customer needs.
  • Fluent in German at a native level.
  • Proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems.
  • Reliable, independent, and good time management skills.
