• Be the first point of contact for new customers and handle data entry via phone.

Requirements

• Previous experience in direct customer contact, ideally in sales or retail.
• Strong communication skills and comfort in direct customer interactions.
• Fluent in German at a native level.
• Proficient with computers and quick to adapt to new systems.
• A reliable, independent team player with good time management skills.
