Overview

As a Team Lead at Fever, you will create and lead a team to develop, launch, and manage events, ensuring growth in the Indian market while collaborating with various departments.

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Producers.
• Manage the P&L for the team.
• Define and implement the regional strategy for Candlelight events.
• Ensure team members meet quality and revenue goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management or consulting experience.
• MBA from a top-tier school preferred.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
