In Short

  • Lead two teams of IT specialists in PLM and CAD.
  • Ensure effective planning and prioritization of projects and tasks within the group.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize PLM and CAD systems.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and trends to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead projects for the implementation and improvement of PLM and CAD systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for the team and other departments.
  • Ensure continuous maintenance and updating of PLM and CAD systems.
  • Regularly report to IT management and other relevant departments on project status and progress.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in computer science, engineering, business informatics, or a related field.
  • Further training or certifications in PLM, CAD, or project management are advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge in the application and management of PLM and CAD systems.
  • Familiarity with strategic IT management and the development of technology roadmaps.
  • Experienced in project management tools and agile methods.
  • Extensive experience in managing IT projects with proven success in implementing and optimizing PLM and CAD solutions.
  • Several years of experience in team leadership, ideally in international and multidisciplinary environments.
  • Ideally experience in the automotive industry or a similar sector heavily reliant on PLM and CAD systems.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international colleagues and stakeholders.
