Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our team as Market Strategy Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building an onboarding strategy for the Business Development team, as well as working on strategic projects to boost the Business Development performance worldwide.

In Short

• Enhance company performance, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives for the Business Development team
• Design and execute a structured onboarding program for Business Development team members
• Partner with Business Development leadership to identify key learning goals and performance metrics for new hires
• Drive the end-to-end execution of impactful projects and solutions
• Collaborate with diverse teams and projects spanning numerous markets and regions

Requirements

• Degree-qualified with strong data analysis and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in operations, training and development, or a similar role
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
• Proactive mindset with a knack for identifying opportunities
• Passion for empowering teams and driving impactful results
• High level of English required
