The Growth Manager will lead the Argentina Headquarters and focus on the American markets, contributing to Fever's growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering or background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.
• At least +8 years experience in a business analytics role with team management.
• High level of English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with the North American market is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or analytics roles at top tech firms is advantageous.
• Data-driven with a focus on strategic and business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage and influence stakeholders.
• Understanding of coding languages preferred (SQL, R, Python).
• Proactive problem-solver and opportunities-seeker.
