Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with data, including 2+ years in data engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions like Redshift.
• Ability to build and maintain reliable data pipelines.
• Experience in metrics analysis and understanding business measurements.
• Proven track record of ownership and autonomy in previous roles.
• Experience managing a team is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience with analytics tools and customer data platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
