Overview

Felix is Canada’s first end-to-end platform providing on-demand treatment for everyday health. We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator who will be the voice of Felix and advocate for our customers to ensure the highest level of care throughout the customer lifecycle.

In Short

  • Provide personalized communication to Felix users across various mediums.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, medical, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Document user issues to contribute to support improvements.
  • Drive user education on pricing, processes, and products.
  • Share learnings across departments to enhance customer care.
  • Participate in product strategy for customer care.
  • Manage community inquiries on social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Technologically savvy and eager to learn.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
