PPA Origination Manager - Remote

As a central interface to our energy buyers, you will shape the energy transition with us – contract by contract. You will be responsible for the development, structuring, and negotiation of long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), creating the foundation for the economic success of our Agri-PV projects.

In Short

• Identify and acquire new PPA buyers for our growing portfolio.
• Structure and negotiate long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for both individual projects and portfolios.
• Independently conduct PPA and EEG tenders including offer development.
• Work closely with our project financing, legal, and technical teams to optimize PPA structures.
• Analyze electricity market trends and price forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Manage relationships with key players in the European energy market.
• Actively accompany regulatory developments in renewable energy.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in PPA origination, ideally with a focus on PV, storage, or hybrid solutions.
• Very good understanding of European electricity markets and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace (Spreadsheets).
• Strong communication skills in German and English (minimum C1).
• Additional European language skills are a plus.
• Solid sales experience and existing contacts with industrial customers or municipal utilities, preferably in southern Germany, are a strong plus.
