We’re looking for entrepreneurial builders to join Feather’s Country Launch Program, designed to launch and grow our insurance offering in the Netherlands. As a Country Launcher, you’ll operate like an early-stage founder: discovering customers, testing messaging, validating acquisition channels, and relentlessly driving growth.

Requirements

• A hungry generalist with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Obsessed with customer problems and fast learning.
• Comfortable owning outcomes and iterating on the fly.
• Excited to be part of a high-intensity, high-growth journey.
• Based in the Netherlands and fluent in Dutch.
• Prior experience in bizdev, marketing, or product is a plus.
