Overview

The Sales Executive in the ePayments business group at Fiserv is a high-performing self-starter who partners with Account Executives and Relationship Managers to meet customer strategic goals while managing client relationships and ensuring quality service delivery.

In Short

  • Manage operational requirements of ePayments client base.
  • Conduct and plan functional vision for assignments.
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met for service delivery.
  • Develop operational relationships with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver operational account reviews.
  • Participate in implementations and ensure client requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on account planning.
  • Provide oversight for client requests and testing.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer support roles.
  • 6+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • 6+ years of experience managing client services.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking industry operations.
