Client Services Manager - Weekends - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Client Services Manager for Weekends to provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships in a remote capacity.

In Short

• Position requires working every other Saturday and Sunday from 8a-5p.
• Compensation is $325 per day shift, totaling $650 per weekend.
• Role involves handling after hours call volume and ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, families, and professionals.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, client retention, or customer service management.
• Experience or education in geriatrics is desired.
• Excellent communication skills – articulate, good listener, professional, empathetic, persuasive.
• Ability to develop relationships quickly through a client-service oriented approach.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the home care industry and resources for seniors is a plus.
