Overview

The Director of the Beacon of Hope Coordinating Center will oversee the management of a 10-year initiative aimed at addressing health disparities through increased diversity in clinical trials and strengthening infrastructure at Historically Black Medical Schools.

• Lead the Beacon of Hope Coordinating Center and manage a matrixed team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in relevant fields.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Experience with NGOs and Historically Black Colleges & Universities.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
• Ability to motivate and influence others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in STEM fields preferred.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• Ability to manage complex projects on a national scale.
