Overview

The Associate Director, Internal Audit and Investigations will lead the internal audit and investigation processes, ensuring compliance and effective risk management within the organization.

• Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in internal audit or related field.
• 3-4 years of supervisory experience.
• Certifications such as CIA, CFE, CPA are preferred.
• Strong understanding of federal and international laws.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a global, international organization is preferred.
