Senior Director of Global Security - Remote

Overview

Lead the development and execution of the overall security strategy for the Global Security Division of the organization, managing assets, programs, and services for security and emergency response.

• Direct the organization’s security strategy and process.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in security management.
• 8+ years of leadership and line management experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in NGOs and international organizations preferred.
• Language skills in French, Spanish, or Portuguese are a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets and performance requirements.
• Proven leadership and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle complex and varied problems.
