In Short

  • Work under supervision in the HR Operations Center (HROC).
  • Provide timely customer service for HR inquiries and employee lifecycle support.
  • Utilize HROC Knowledge Center for accurate information.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all transactions.
  • Engage in problem-solving for continuous improvement.
  • Process incoming inquiries efficiently across multiple systems.
  • Work a set schedule from Wednesday to Saturday.
  • Possibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements.
  • Support a positive work environment and community engagement.
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work independently.
  • Strong typing and database entry skills.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Good vision and hearing for effective communication.
  • Ability to lift office items occasionally.
  • Ability to read and write in English for processing paperwork.
