Regional Facilities Manager - Remote

Overview

The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the condition of properties, buildings, and equipment in their assigned territory, ensuring all managed assets are maintained according to brand standards.

• Oversee facilities management in assigned territory.
• Ensure timely completion of capital and R&M projects.
• Act as liaison between Facilities, Construction, and Operations.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc site inspections.
• Manage regional service providers based on changing needs.
• Support warranty management and compliance regulations.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders.
• Utilize CMMS, D365, and Lucernex systems for project management.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
• Foster strong relationships with key leaders in territory.

Requirements

• 7 years of restaurant facilities management experience.
• Working knowledge of Facilities, Construction, and Financial principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Experience with Ecotrak or other CMMS platforms.
• Valid driver's license required.
