The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all services are implemented in accordance with company policies and client directives.

• Ability to read construction specifications and blueprints.
• Certifications like CFM or IFMA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
