Overview

The Project Design & Spatial Data Manager role is to lead test fit design for Tier 2 & 3 locations globally and manage annual portfolio audits against the CW Workplace Standards & Guidelines.

• Lead test fit design for global Tier 2 & 3 locations.
• Manage annual portfolio audits against CW Workplace Standards.
• Oversee maintenance of the CW MyWorkspace Space Management tool.
• Ensure compliance with local code and safety standards.
• Collaborate with FFE and Operations teams on standards.
• Manage project close-out processes and data accuracy.
• Establish a consistent data governance model for space data.
• Coach local teams on effective space data management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in architectural and engineering concepts.
• Assume ownership of project requests for successful completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or certification in Interior Design.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate real estate.
• Mastered all Project Designer Skillsets.
• Proficient in architectural and engineering drawings.
• Experienced in managing project budgets and vendor relationships.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
