Overview

This role is ideal for a candidate with a foundation in web design and development who is ready to transition into a strategic and client-facing role. You will lead web projects from planning to post-launch while ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients
• Define project goals and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Lead stand-up meetings and track daily project goals
• Translate client needs into actionable plans for creative and technical teams
• Prepare decks, notes, and goals for client meetings
• Maintain post-launch support and identify upsell opportunities
• Track tasks using project management tools
• Develop content checklists and guide content planning processes
• Recommend solutions that align with business goals
• Represent agency capabilities and stay current on digital trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of front-end website design/development experience required
• Client-facing and project management experience required
• WordPress CMS website development experience required
• Strong copywriting skills required
• Basic Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools experience required
• Clear-Conversational English Fluency required
