Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities management or customer service leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams.

• Commercial awareness and ability to drive improvements.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and risk management best practices.
• IWFM Level 4 Certificate (desirable).
• NEBOSH Certification (desirable).
• Membership of a relevant professional body (desirable).
