Overview

We are looking for a self-responsible person to lead our sales team. As Team Lead Sales, you will primarily be responsible for developing and implementing new sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of successful experience in customer sales.
• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or other relevant fields.
• Extensive practical experience in at least three of the following disciplines:
• Active use of CRM systems.
• Building and leading a sales team.
• Understanding of online marketing.
• Market analysis in international markets.
• Experience with international customers.
• Sales and customer controlling.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, G-Suite, HubSpot, etc.
• Creation of presentations and reports.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leadership or project management.
• Self-responsible work ethic.
• Reliability.
• Optional: Experience in E-Heating.

Benefits

• We offer a tiered salary of 50,000€ - 80,000€, consisting of a base salary, bonuses, and KPI-based compensation components.
• Additionally, VSOP company shares of 60,000€ are possible.
