Requirements

• Successful completion of marketing or related education.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in content/social media management.
• Ability to develop and implement creative ideas.
• Hands-on mentality and proactive spirit.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
• Familiarity with AI tools as a part of your toolkit.
• Understanding of KPIs and people.
• Native German and C1-level English proficiency.
