• Develop and coach a team of QA Engineers.
• Embed quality into every phase of the software development life cycle.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Perform end-to-end, acceptance, and exploratory testing.
• Design, document, and execute detailed test cases.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve test failures.
• Drive strategic process improvement changes.
• Advocate for the customer and raise issues proactively.

Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Strong understanding of SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in C#/ASP.NET MVC and React Native.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows.
