  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as a Customer Outcome Manager for select accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer engagement and marketing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Planhat.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights.
  • Experience in webinar hosting and content creation.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for customer events.
