Overview

The Automation Manager will design, develop, and implement automation control systems for various industrial processes and warehouse distribution equipment, focusing on maximizing equipment reliability and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with PLC-controlled automation.
• 2+ years of experience with robotics work cells.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Experience with electrical theory and automated equipment.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Problem-solving mindset for debugging systems.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Adaptability and continuous learning.
• Experience in a team lead capacity.
