Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Operations.
• Proven experience in driving process improvements.
• Strong understanding of compliance and auditing in talent acquisition.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics platforms preferred.
