In Short

• Lead, coach, and develop members of the Care Operations/Business Operations team.
• Drive strategy and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Manage a team of operations analysts/associates.
• Execute action plans and manage initiatives to completion.
• Continuously refine processes for the Telemedicine team.
• Partner with Data Analysts to improve business KPIs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to enhance patient experience.
• Engage with Product teams to improve provider efficiency.
• Challenge the status quo and drive high-impact decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships as needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations and/or customer success.
• 3+ years of experience in managing high performing teams.
• Ability to balance data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Experience in data analysis tools like Excel or Looker.
• Excellent communication skills across varied stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to drive projects in ambiguous situations.
• BS/BA degree; advanced degree preferred.
