Overview

The P&C Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering People & Culture products and services, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in an HR role, focusing on program management.
• Experience working with HR Business Partner teams.
• Success in managing large-scale HR programs and initiatives.
• Experience with organizational design and transformation is desirable.
