• Lead end-to-end development of dynamic dashboards for various HR metrics.
• Help launch dashboards for C-level executives and business leaders.
• Deliver data literacy training focused on storytelling and dashboard interpretation.
• Run discovery sessions to translate business questions into actionable reports.
• Build capabilities for predictive analyses to identify future needs.
• Partner with People Operations to surface operational gaps and data quality issues.
• Identify integration opportunities with data engineering teams.
• Create and maintain documentation of key metrics and reporting processes.
• Uphold data privacy and governance best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex concepts effectively.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience building interactive dashboards.
• At least 1 year in a people analytics role or collaboration with a people team.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Strong analytics experience: descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive.
• Experience integrating data across HR systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of partnership.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Commitment to data privacy and governance.
• Experience with IBM Cognos BI is ideal.
