The Unified Professional Services Engineer & Project Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality professional services implementations across networking technologies while supporting customer success initiatives, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with high technical standards.
• 6+ years of experience in networking technologies.
• 4+ years of experience in network and systems security design.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to manage complex customer interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel and work out of hours as needed.
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Network certifications (CCNA, CISSP, etc.) desired.
