In Short

• Play a critical role in customer success and product positioning.
• Tackle complex business and technology problems across various industries.
• Develop advanced GUI and Trigger Scripts.
• Analyze customer network topologies and application stacks.
• Create technical assets and written collateral for product improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis of technology problems.
• Develop custom tools using Python and JavaScript APIs.
• Create rich data visualizations for investigations.
• Streamline processes with automated tools.
• Conduct hands-on learning sessions with customers.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• BS degree or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in customer-facing roles.
• Understanding of core networking principles and application protocols.
• Familiarity with internet applications and related technologies.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Independence and motivation for practice ownership.
