Overview

The Learning Platform Experience Manager is responsible for fostering engagement and creating a seamless user experience across learning technologies. This role owns content curation, promotion, and data-driven system enhancements, directly impacting customer adoption and the overall success of our learning programs.

• Lead front-end platform customization to maximize engagement.
• Execute self-directed training content publication.
• Manage events for virtual instructor-led training sessions.
• Design and implement scalable technology solutions for digital learning.
• Monitor and analyze platform activity for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with IT for ongoing system enhancements.
• Promote training within the Community through digital engagement strategies.
• Gather customer feedback through surveys.
• Provide multimedia support to Learning Experience Designers.
• Support LMS administration and content management.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience with LMS or CMS administration.
• 3+ years of front-end web experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Travel up to 25% (US).
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Reliable attendance.
