Overview

Extenteam is currently looking for a Remote Partner/Client Success and Support Admin to undertake various tasks related to partner success and administrative support.

In Short

• Manage partner success tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide administrative support to the Partner Success team.
• Track and report on partner success metrics.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a BPO or staffing company.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
