Overview

The Tier 2 Client Support Representative will manage complex issues escalated from internal teams related to the Patient Access Curator suite of products, working with various stakeholders to resolve issues.

In Short

  • Manage complex issues related to the Patient Access Curator platform.
  • Troubleshoot payer issues and internal support cases.
  • Engage clients via support cases, email, and phone.
  • Determine severity and scope of issues.
  • Manage client and user payer configurations.
  • Oversight of small to medium-sized projects.
  • Work with internal technical teams and trading partners.
  • Handle a large caseload of escalated issues.
  • Maintain professionalism with frustrated customers.
  • Flexibility to manage unforeseen situations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of client support experience.
  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
  • Knowledge of ANSI X12 message structure (270/271).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend availability.
  • Ability to build trust with clients.
  • Patience in handling repetitive issues.
  • Detail-oriented approach.
