Overview

The Tier 1 Client Technical Representative will manage complex issues related to the Patient Access Curator suite of products, working with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

In Short

  • Manage complex issues escalated from internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to the Patient Access Curator platform.
  • Handle complex payer issues.
  • Oversee small to medium size projects.
  • Manage a large caseload of support issues.
  • Engage with clients via support cases, email, and telephone.
  • Determine severity and scope of inquiries.
  • Manage client payer configurations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in healthcare IT.
  • Experience with healthcare EDI transactions and ANSI X12 message structure.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage frustrated customers with patience.
  • Flexibility to handle unforeseen situations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
