Technical Full Stack Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

In this remote role, you will lead a team of software engineers to ensure they meet business goals to develop and implement high-quality software solutions.

In Short

• Manage the implementation of software engineering projects.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with Mobile, Backend, and Web Guilds.
• Implement and maintain robust testing and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in iOS application development.
• Experience leading iOS developers.
• Proficient with the Apple App Store release process.
• Hands-on experience with native mobile app development.
• Strong background in backend development and architecture.
• Knowledge in full stack technologies.
• Expertise in native mobile development frameworks.
• Experience with backend technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud services.
• Understanding of security best practices in software development.
