Overview

As a Service Desk Analyst with French, you will provide service support for Decision Analytics software applications to EMEA clients, ensuring effective resolution of issues and maintaining high client satisfaction.

In Short

  • First point of contact for internal and external users.
  • Manage incident desk functions for DA Software and Hosted Solutions.
  • Log, manage, escalate, and prioritize incidents.
  • Ensure services are delivered within agreed service levels.
  • Provide monthly reports on software utilization.
  • Assist in creating and managing SLAs and OLAs.

Requirements

  • High level of French and English language proficiency.
  • Client-focused with strong communication skills.
  • Previous Service Desk experience.
  • Experience in issue analysis and logging incidents.
  • Familiarity with Service Desk User Manual.
