In Short

  • Design, implement and support end-to-end Fraud and ID business solutions.
  • Analyze software configurations to improve system performance.
  • Contribute to strategic and technical solution design.
  • Prepare reports and analyze indicators for system performance.
  • Lead client solution business reviews and workshops.
  • Handle Business Support related cases and incident management.
  • Design product features and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct analysis of business processes and data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-focused role (e.g., Business Analyst, Product Owner).
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to interpret client needs into operational requirements.
  • Experience with data extraction and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and SQL Developer.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
