Senior Director, Security Modular Platform Owner - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a visionary and strategic Director to lead the development of our modular security platform and lead security-by-design across our ecosystem.

In Short

• Define and lead the vision and roadmap for our modular security platform.
• Deliver security capabilities as reusable services through self-service APIs.
• Champion a modular architecture for seamless integration across platforms.
• Embed and govern Super Controls as mandatory platform standards.
• Translate partner insights into product requirements.
• Monitor industry trends to inform product strategy.
• Define and track Goals to measure product success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in security, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with modular platform design and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience launching complex technical products.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• CISSP certification preferred.
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM).
• Familiarity with policy-as-code and resilience-by-design frameworks.
