Overview

The Senior Application Support Analyst will provide advanced application support and consultancy for Experian clients, ensuring systems are available and performing according to requirements.

• Provide advanced application support and consultancy for clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in application support.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Logical approach to incident resolution.
• Understanding of ITIL terminology.
• Knowledge of software configuration.
• Experience with Windows Server and Red Hat Linux.
• Experience with cloud platform configuration.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with external interface connectivity software.
• Knowledge of Apache Tomcat.
