Overview

The Salesforce Admin will support the Partner Solutions client/member platform and associated services, providing excellent customer service and resolving application issues.

In Short

  • Research and diagnose complex software issues raised by clients.
  • Assess alert and exception conditions raised by Operations teams.
  • Develop, test, and implement SQL queries for issue analysis.
  • Examine error logs and database content to determine problem causes.
  • Document and implement workaround solutions.
  • Create and manage production/staging support tickets.
  • Document processes and technical instructions for future reference.
  • Support Salesforce and MuleSoft integration issues.
  • Work with various programming and web technologies.
  • Handle on-call activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of development or technical support experience.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification.
  • Experience with API and SDK integration.
  • Knowledge of programming and software development concepts.
  • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
