Overview

As a Salesforce Administrator/Developer at CorroHealth, you will enhance our Salesforce platform while focusing on user satisfaction and effective project management.

In Short

• Develop custom applications and enhancements using Salesforce technologies.
• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, and security settings.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Implement automation using Salesforce tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for user support and training.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate changes.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance.
• Proactively manage data quality and platform integrity.
• Support agile development processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications required.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning App Builder.
• Strong understanding of user management and security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile processes and tools.
